i look and feel thick and heavy and squat.
i'm run down and feel exhuasted.
little hitch in my giddy-up from slipping yesterday, need to stretch
up early for work 7am

LUNCH ... uh ... took several hours to eat between meetings
12-2pm
grilled veggies wrap (in flour tortilla, no dressing – tasteless, ate 3/4 of it, throwing most of the tortilla away)

DINNER 8:30pm

chicken salad (equally tastless)
bite of chris' pizza (i determined i don't like BBQ chicken pizza)
12:30am home
tea
still feel full and odd, despite i've had hardly any food today.
