second day attempt at eating no wheat


BREAKFAST : 9am
lemon tea w/ honey
spinach, tomato, cheese fritatta w/ cholula sauce
bowl of fruit

LUNCH: 1pm
In-N-Out
burger protien style, half order of fries, ketchup
1 dr. pepper

4pm: dozen almonds, tea

6:15pm
protein shake with a banana

7pm -8pm: stretching, 20min bike, 20 min treadmill
8pm-9pm : work out with Greg

10pm :
a handfull of blueberries + blackberries
