nut bar w/ honey

6:45pm work out with Greg

DINNER 9pm
Mediterranean salad: lettuce, celery, carrots, tomato, cucumber, mozzarella, 5 slices salami, balsamic dressing

10pm
5 spoons of coconut sorbet, blueberries and blackberries

12am:
früchtee tee: maracuja
