BREAKFAST 930am
1/2 bagel with light cream cheese
blueberries, half apple
1/2 glass OJ
coffee


LUNCH 3pm :
with Emerson & Jenn @ Mexico City
several heaping spoonfulls of salsa (actually, maybe a small bowl)
dozen chips
(half order) steak fajitas w/ red pepper and onion, 2 tbls of guacamole, more salsa
1 glass coke w/ lemon
3 glasse of water






DINNER 10pm
glass of pinot noir
sparkling water
roasted red potatoes with pearl onions and fresh rosemary (2 tbls olive oil)
blanched and sauted green beans with wild mushrooms, splash of wine, cracked pepper (1 tsp olive oil)
fresh dill and lemon baked salmon

herbal tea with honey
