BREAKFAST 10am
1 piece of bacon
yogurt, mango, blueberries, half apple, 2 tbs peanut butter (natural, crunchy)
coffee
1/2 cup of coffee
1pm hiking at Temescal Canyon w/ Greg, Jenn & Emerson
LUNCH 2:45 on the grassy knoll
picnic :
2-3oz of spinach pasta with fresh pesto
2 slices of mozzarella cheese, 1 sm tomato, several basil leaves
few pinches of plantain chips
few pinches of cashews, almonds, cranberries
4 slices of salami
2 slices of proscuitoo
few swigs of sparkling berry-lemonaide
water
bite of bread
DINNER 8pm
2nd half of left over fajitas : 3 strips of steak, grilled red pepper/ onion, 1/4 avacado
sm bowl of tomato soup
gingeroo cookie
herbal tea
