the reason for starting this food blog was to find out what is going on with my stomach. since all samples of me came back negative, normal or A-OK, i'm left to deduce that i'm allergic to a food or the stress from work.
the full bloating feeling is coming and going, but i can sort of point to commonality of 3 possible suspects:
red wine
wheat / gluten
cheese (unlikely, now that i think about it)
wow. that's irritating.

I recommend a ten-day rejuvenating vacation to a tropical setting. Three days to get into "island time" and a full week to enjoy it. Eat lots of fresh fish, fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water and fresh-squeezed juices. And read a few books on the beach. The job will be here when you get back. (If you want to come back!) Nothing is life or death. Only your life and quality of it. Love Number One.
