bite of chinese red bean cake
1 coffee (milk, 1tsp sugar)

work out with Greg
life water : pomegranite flavour

LUNCH 2:15pm
salad: mixed greens, carrots, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, lemon vinagrette dressing, scoop of chicken salad on side with celery and cashews

DINNER
spicy chicken sausge, wild rice (1/4 cup), sm bowl of tomato soup w/chives
1pot blueberry tea

LATER:
popcorn
