open faced sandwich (one piece of bread) : turkey w/ pesto, cranberries, lettuce
SNACK
avocado + mango salsa, chips (2 handfuls)
1/2 glass of sparkling juice drink
1 glass of water
1 pot tea, cranberry/apple, 1 tablespoon honey
DINNER
white bean soup (made by me)+ 2 tbls greek yogurt
1/2 glass of red wine
DESSERT
1 pot of tea, fruit with honey

8 pieces of spicy tuna roll
