1 glass of OJ
2 slices of 7 grain dark rye bread, spread of goat cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber and tomato slices, black pepper and capers
2 cup coffee (1tsp sugar, milk )
1:15pm measurements to start off the week:
chest: 43(breast)/ 39 (rib cage)
w: 36
h: 47
arms: 13.75
legs: 16.5
calves: 35(R) / 36 (L)
greg has my measurements from the first week, but i think my back / ribcage grew an inch. (yikes)
i'm thinking i have to do yoga every night + the workouts + more cardio.
2:30pm - 6pm
at the spa (decadent)
2 cups of green tea w/ honey
green apple
massage / jacuzzi / steam room : rinse and repeat for hours.
stretching
stomach started to feel normal (first time since first of jan) - kinda excited.
7:15pm
work out with greg
20min of bike riding after (last 5 min were tough for me)


DINNER 9pm
seared chicken sausage
salad w/ tomatoes, cucumbers and sesame vinegrette
blanched green beans sautéd with 1/4 onion and 3 crimini mushrooms (cooked in 1tsp of olive oil and in the same pan as the sausage, so no seasoning)
peppermint tea
