2 egg whites, 1 strip of a piece of chicken breast (1-2oz?), 1oz hard cheese, 1/4 potato (cooked in 1 tsp olive oil), 1/4 avocado handful of blueberries
SNACK
2 cups of green tea

DINNER

handful blue corn chips, 2 tlbs mango/papaya salsa, 2 tbls hummus
blanched baby broccoli, cup of tomato soup, white beans, 1 chicken sausage
DRINKS OUT LATER:
2 glasses of cider
1 carne asada taco + green sauce

1 carne asada taco w/ onion, cilantro
1 tostada, beans, carne asada, lettuce, Mexican cheese, hot sauce
1 raspberry ice tea
SNACK
carmel latte coffee
DINNER
1 piece of bread, oil + vinegar
side salad, oil + vinegar dressing
osso bucco (stewed meat on the bone w/ tomatoes, carrots, onion, herbs, usually very small portions of meat, lots of bone, huge flavour)
3 potato slices, cauliflower, carrots
2 glasses of water
1 glass of red wine
DESSERT
1 cup of chamomile tea

1/2 bagel, cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers
1 slice tomato, 2 pieces of bacon, few bits of potato
LUNCH (late, around 3)
1 cup water
1/2 can of gingerale
sandwich:
whole wheat bread w/ sunflower + flak seeds
olive spread, 1/2 avocado, sprouts, cucumbers, tomato slice, 1 slice cheese, 1tbls honey
1 pouch (100 calories) chips ahoy crackers
DINNER
(at 8pm / the Standard Hotel)
2 crab cake w/ dressing (size of sea scallop)
2 vodka tonic + 3 limes
2 tonic waters + 3 limes
LATE EATING (10pm)
2 chicken tacos w/ lettuce

2 cups hot tea (herbal)
1/2 fried green tomato BLT
1/2 turkey sandwich on rye
dozen fries + djion mustard
few bits of fruit

DINNER
Appetizers:
salad: mixed greens, gorgonzola, caramelized onions, walnuts, balsamic dressing
Main:
3 sea scallops, 3 asparagus, polenta with cream (sea scallop sized portion)
2 glasses sparkling water
2 glasses of red wine
DESSERT
2 bites of tiramisu
DRINKS:

(flew out to Nashville in AM, landed 5pm)

2 pieces of chocolate

Salad: mixed greens, tomatoes, bacon, chicken, feta, avocado, balsamic dressing
1/2 can of Dr Pepper
a lot of water
DINNER
Appetizers:
5-8 pieces calamari
bite of a polenta fry (not good)
1 toast tip with salmon + capers
salad: mixed greens, almonds, berries, gorgonzola, sherry dressing
Main:
pork osso bucco (ate 1/4 of portion), braised kale, sweet breads (2 spoonfuls)
1 bite of duck
1 bite of lamb
1 bite of rib eye
3 glasses sparkling water
2-3 glasses of red wine
DESSERT
1 glass of Muscat
1/4 of chocolate hazelnut pot de crème
1/2 cup coffee

Puree cauliflower soup
salad: spinach, roasted soy nuts, goat cheese, balsamic dressing
1 glass water
2 glasses of cider

1 pot of herb tea
