Saturday Feb 23

BREAKFAST 9am
1/2 cup coffee, milk
1 glass OJ



LUNCH: 1PM
blanched greenbeans sauted with onions and mushrooms (1 tsp olive oil) w/ 3 strips of steak (left over from thurs, about 3oz)
cup of tomato soup, dollop of greek yogurt

4 -5pm Santa Monica stairs with Greg


DINNER: 8pm, hosted a dinner party:
poached halibut and salmon in a fennel and root broth (celery, carrots, red potato, beer)
blanched greenbeans sauted with garlic and onions (1 tsp olive oil)
wild rice with crimini mushrooms
spoonful of yogurt

chocolate cake with fresh raspberry puree
peppermint tea
