chicken/apple salad sandwich : rye, mustard, sprouts, provolone, lettuce

life water (?) some sort of pink water drink. pomegranite for sure.
dozen dried gogi berries
SNACK 5pm
apple
handful of blue corn chips, 2 tbls hummus
DINNER 6:30pm
left over halibut & broth (see below, no rice, 2 thin slices of red potato)
1 glass of sparkling grapefruit juice
about a liter of water: lime, mint cucumber
pot of green tea
