
BREAKFAST 11am
1/2 glass pomegranite juice, 1/2 sparkling water
1 slice of 7 grain dark rye bread, spread of goat cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber and tomato slices, black pepper and capers
1 cup coffee (1tsp sugar)
2:45 - 4pm : walking up hills with Greg
(note: he feels this wasn't aerobically challenging enough. need to find cross country something or other.)
5:30 pm
big handful of blue corn chips + 3 tbls hummus
grapes
DINNER: 8pm
2 lumpia w/ vinegar, garlic, soysauce dipping sauce
1/4 c of rice, chicken adobo
1/2 can pepsi
DRINKS: midnight
2 vodka + cranberry + lime
1 chocolate covered strawberry
bite of chocolate brownie
coffee + splash of baileys
